Howdy friends!

My name is Kaitlin Hall, and my journey is defined by a deep-seated passion for communication, history, and a life of service. Born in Longview, Texas, and raised in Cypress, I am proud to call the Houston area home. I share my life with my parents—my mother, a dedicated middle school librarian, and my father, the Executive Pastor at Bear Creek Baptist Church—along with their playful two-year-old Yorkie, Murphy.

A Foundation of Faith

My most pivotal milestone occurred in the summer of 2009, during my first experience at summer camp, where I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. The following year, I had the profound honor of being baptized by my father—a memory that remains one of my most cherished spiritual anchors.

Education and Experience

In 2023, I graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in History. Following graduation, I moved to Orlando to participate in the Disney College Program. During my tenure at Walt Disney World, I served in the attractions department at EPCOT, specifically at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in guest relations and operational excellence within a fast-paced, world-class environment. Currently, I work in Student Ministry at Bear Creek Baptist Church in Katy, TX.

A New Season

On November 7th, I entered a beautiful new chapter of life by marrying my husband, Aaron. We are currently navigating the early stages of marriage with a focus on building a home centered on "Frontier Faith"—one that prioritizes growth, resilience, and spiritual depth.

Personal Interests

When I am not working or serving, I find joy in:

  • Deep-dive Bible studies and theological reflection.

  • Reading and writing, exploring both historical and contemporary narratives.

  • Family traditions, particularly our frequent trips to Disney.

  • Intentional community, spending quality time with the friends and family who inspire me.

At my core, I am a "worker bee" who finds genuine fulfillment in pouring into the lives of others. Whether through a professional project or a personal conversation, my goal is to lead with a heart of grace and a spirit of excellence.

Why "Frontier Faith"?

My vision for this site is to create a space that feels like nourishment for the soul. Life can be a bit of a wild frontier sometimes—messy, beautiful, and unknown—but we aren't meant to trek it alone. My mission is to share the encouragement and devotionals that help me keep my eyes on the Horizon (with a capital H).

I’m just a Texas girl who loves the Lord and wants to pour into the people around her. I’m so glad you’re here to walk this trail with me!

Blessings,

Kaitlin
